You know what? I'm not even going to bother saying it's a work in progress. I will never add a background. I suck at backgrounds. Also spiky hair.

At first I mistook this for a photo, but after clicking on the thumbnail I realised what a magnificent work has been performed! The attention to every little detail from the light on the forehead to every tiny hair on the head is just stunning. The expression on his face is hauntingly natural and realistic. The shades and tones of the skin are very well realised. The absence of background is more an advantage than a negative side, it helps the viewer concentrate on the character, plus the chosen background beautifully accents the skin colour. I rated originality 3.5 stars because, you know, it's Supernatural, and it's Ackles and there are tons of drawings of him like this, so no offence
